Homemade Hunter Orcs, painting phase 01
The same amount of effort was put into these conversions when painting as was given to the official models, which are not an excessive amount of work. They are barely within my specs for tabletop standard.
The whole gang: 12 official (from The Hobbit) Hunter Orcs, 2 wonderful unit fillers since they are used in War of the Ring and put on trays fitting eight models, 2 heavy conversions and these 6 latest conversions. Azog, a total conversion/home-sculpting-project is standing in front of the band.
I have started working on a tri-claw, as to make him look more like the movie-guy.
Some different lights here... I am not a skilled photographer, you could say that I am quite uninterested in the workings of gamma, light, focus, ISO and whatever it is that is relevant when taking pics of miniatures.
A lot of painting left to do on these guys... They are no joy to paint.

I don't like the official hunter orcs so they would not be a joy to paint for me either. The tri hook is looking good.
SvaraRaderaThanks! It was easier than I anticipated to make the tri hook - fiddly bits are fiddly bits, after all, but this time they worked with me instead of against me :)
